I have listed this organic tallow; it is 100% pure. This tallow is fit for human consumption as it is
unbleached.
Seasonally, tallow varies in color depending on fresh grass consumption. Tallow is very strong in flavor and aroma. For this reason, I recommend not using it for lotions.
This is great tallow to make soap from, as long as you know what you are doing.
It is extremely effective for roasting vegetables, providing great flavor.
Dogs get energy from fat. Tallow is an excellent source – heat tallow to melting temperature and pour into ice tray molds, refrigerate, and feed to your dog once set.
Ideal storage is heating/melting, pour into jars and store in fridge.
Perfect for pemmican – can last 10 years.
I recommend freezing what you don’t use.
There are no preservatives in the tallow. It is produced from knuckle and marrow bones, not organ fat.
I recommend not using a dirty spoon or kitchen utensil to scoop the tallow, as cross-contamination can lead to mold.
All tallow is sent frozen and packaged in a reusable bucket/container.
Any organic material at the bottom of the bucket will be collagen that got through the sieve and has bonded together. This should be removed once heated.

We got a 2.5kg of the Chicken Tallow and I can't recommend it enough.
We used to substitute vegetable fat and it is easy to use but also full of flavour.
Potatoes, vegetables, eggs...I also made rice and add a drop of it. Really good stuff.
I devided the tallow in clean jam jars and placed them in the freezer taking one jar everytime I needed it.
Keep in the fridge and you have a creamy, no smoking good fat for cooking.
I also gave it to my labrador as it is a great fat for them.
