I have listed this organic goat tallow; it is 100% pure. This tallow is fit for human consumption as it is unbleached.
 
Seasonally, tallow varies in colour depending on fresh grass consumption.
 
Tallow is very strong in flavour and aroma. For this reason, I recommend not using it for lotions.
 
This is great tallow to make soap from, as long as you know what you are doing.
 
It is extremely effective for roasting vegetables, providing great flavour.
 
Dogs get energy from fat. Tallow is an excellent source – heat tallow to melting temperature and pour into ice tray moulds, refrigerate, and feed to your dog once set.
 
Ideal storage is heating/melting – pour into jars and store in the fridge.
 
Perfect for pemmican – can last 10 years.
 
I recommend freezing what you don’t use.
 
There are no preservatives in the tallow. It is produced from knuckle and marrow bones, not organ fat.
 
I recommend not using a dirty spoon or kitchen utensil to scoop the tallow, as cross-contamination can lead to mould.
 
All tallow is sent frozen and packaged in a reusable bucket/container.
 
Any organic material at the bottom of the bucket will be collagen that got through the sieve and has
bonded together. This should be removed once heated.
